“Borrowing” without permissionRecently there have been some occasions of weekenders coming to Harbour Town, only to find their patio chairs, tables, and grills have been removed from their patio and relocated to a neighboring patio.  This is being done without the permission of the property owner.  The perpetrators should realize that taking someone’s property without their permission, even if only moving it a short distance, constitutes stealing

“A Note from Kitty:" (Kitty Dailey – Publisher of HTC Phone Directory)
A quick reminder for everyone in Harbour Town Home owners, renters, lot owners alike: Please return the Directory Information Sheets that were mailed out with last month's newsletter and the new "gate code” cards.
I realize the actual deadline is not until next month but the sooner I receive them, the sooner I can contact you if I have any questions and finalize the Directory.  Thanks for your help

Mark your Calendars!  The seventh annual “Share Your Christmas” toy drive will be held December 6th, 7:00 P.M., at the Outrigger.  If you’ve never attended this event, this is a very worthwhile activity in which our neighborhood participates and comes together in gathering toys for kids of all ages.  It benefits the Montgomery County Women’s Center, an organization which shelters women and children from situations of domestic abuse.  It also provides counseling to help them find safe housing, and jobs.  If you are interested in joining us for an evening of fun and friendship please bring at least one unwrapped toy (worth at least $5.00). to donate.  Remember, there are kids of all ages, from babies to teenagers.

ARC -The Architectural Review Committee would like to say how sorry we are for all the damage that “IKE” brought to so many homeowners in Harbor Town and for the many requests submitted for repairs.  As some residents are still waiting to hear from adjusters and contractors, we have decided to postpone our Walk Around until the middle of Nov. giving time for most of these repairs to be completed.  In the meantime, we ask that homeowners take a look around their property and clean up anything that doesn't belong on patios or around their home.
