The Yacht Club
|
You don’t need a yacht or even a boat to have a great time at up to seven annual parties
or socials. Join the Yacht Club for only $100 annually ($50 singles) and take part in New Year’s Eve party,
Mardi Gras events and party, Easter Egg Hunt,
Kentucky Derby Party, 4th of July parade, barbeque and fireworks, Labor Day boat party,
Oktoberfest and other events.

Architectural Review Committee
|
To preserve the property values in Harbour Town, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
enforces the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
for the Harbour Town Club. Prior to work commencement, all new construction and exterior modifications
(including changes due to repairs, painting, etc.) must be submitted to the ARC for review and approval.

Please print, fill out, sign and mail the form to the ARC.

Association Board of Directors
|
All Property Owners in the Harbour Town Club (the official name of our subdivision)
are automatically members of the Association. Any Owner can be eligible for election
to the Board of Directors of the Association.
The Board develops policies and oversees operations pursuant to authority vested by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions mentioned above. Elections to the Board and ARC are held annually in June in accordance with the By-Laws of Harbour Town Club.

Neighborhood Watch
|
The Neighborhood Watch Program,
which started in November, 2000, is one of the many Harbour Town assets that add to our overall feeling of security and peace of mind.
Your Block Captain can tell you all about it. We are a small, friendly community whose residents believe in
looking out for one another. Everyone is encouraged to be a “Watcher.”
