Grounds Maintenance

Want care-free yard maintenance? Harbour Town is the place to live. Lawn service is provided for all non-fenced HT property. Mowing, trimming, leaf removal, hedge trimming, etc. are all included. Even weeding flower beds adjacent and within 3 feet of your home is included in your monthly Maintenance Fee.

Trash Removal
|
Twice weekly trash removal service is included with your monthly Maintenance Fee. In the town homes, trash is removed from private enclosures. Empty trash containers are returned to the enclosure

Pest Control
|
You don’t have to be home to take advantage of quarterly pest control service for bug and roach extermination. If you leave a key with the exterminator, they will access your home to spray. The service is provided with your monthly Maintenance Fee.

Amenities
|
Access to all of Harbour Town’s Amenities are available to all paid-up Owners, Residents and their Guests. For a list and pictures of these Amenities, click here.

Maintenance Fee
|
All of the above Services and Amenities are available to Harbour Town Home Owners and Residents for the nominal fee of $140 per month. (Owners of undeveloped lots pay only $35.) That’s a small price for Home Owners who want maintenance free weekends and for Residents who also enjoy someone else keeping up with the yard, pool, bugs, etc.
